Metanated and The Box Studios USA are building the Vault, interactive media software that does four things the music business has long left undone: it captures cultural evidence, verifies it, accessions it, and puts it to work. The problem: erasure by code

Platforms take in the music, but the ledgers never fill. Seventy percent of releases go out without a copyright, ISWC, ISRC, or IPI registration. Seven contract clauses decide the course of a creator’s life. New Orleans makes the culture, yet it does not own the ledger. The evidence is captured in the studio and lost somewhere in distribution.

The answer: one card, one Vault

The Creator Card keeps a creator’s intellectual property, splits, story, contacts, and registrations in one place. It is a passport, not a profile. The Vault is a vow, not a feature: every take becomes accessioned evidence with a permanent ID.

The path runs in four steps.

• Capture. The studio slate, the parish, the engineer, and the take itself become evidence.
• Verify. Identity, splits, and rights are checked against the registries.
• Accession. Each work receives a museum ID and a civic timestamp.
• Activate. Licensing, dashboards, brand placement, and revenue follow.

One form replaces seven platforms. Intake is infrastructure, not onboarding.

Two rooms, one ledger

The Box Studios is the capture layer. Room A is modern: a digital chain, with stems ready for Content ID. Room B is a wood room built for vocal lineage and ancestral tone. Every take leaves with a slate, a parish, an engineer’s name, and a draft ISRC. No file goes missing.
